Cancellation Policy

At Airport Shuttle Northern Beaches, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for all our customers.

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

• Free Cancellation:
  You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-Show Policy:
  If a passenger does not show up at the designated pickup point without any prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

🍼 Baby Seats & Special Add-ons

If your booking includes any baby seats, booster seats, or special equipment, the cost of those items cannot be refunded once reserved.

🔁 Rescheduling

Need to change your travel time?

• You can reschedule your booking once at no additional cost if done at least 12 hours in advance.

• Any rescheduling request made within 12 hours of pickup will be treated as a new booking.
