To ensure a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers, please review our luggage guidelines before booking.

🧾 Standard Luggage Allowance (Per Person)

✅ 1 Carry-On Bag (Hand Luggage)

This is included in all bookings — both shared and private shuttles.

📦 Extra Luggage or Oversized Items

If you’re travelling with more than the standard allowance, please let us know in advance.

Tip: Oversized or bulky items may require a private shuttle due to space limitations.

👶 Baby Seats & Booster Seats

• Available upon request

• $0 per seat (Free Baby Seat and Booster Seats)

• Must be booked in advance to guarantee availability

❌ What We Cannot Carry

• Dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, toxic items)

• Large furniture

• Pets (unless pre-approved and in carriers)

🚐 Shared Shuttle Note

Shared shuttles have limited luggage space. If your luggage exceeds the limit, we may recommend a private shuttle for your comfort and safety.
