Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Airport Shuttle Northern Beaches. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our website, phone, or email.

• Full payment is required before or at the time of pickup, unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept cash, card, or online transfer.

2. Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to your booking must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee (see Cancellation Policy).

3. Delays & Waiting Time

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for standard pickups.

• Additional waiting time may incur an extra charge.

• For airport pickups, we monitor your flight. In case of delays, we will adjust accordingly where possible.

4. Luggage & Baby Seats

• Each passenger is allowed 1 standard suitcase and 1 carry-on. Extra luggage, baby seats, or special equipment must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

• You are responsible for your belongings during the trip.

5. Shared Shuttle Rules

• Shared shuttle passengers must be ready at the scheduled time.

• Delays in shared shuttles may occur due to additional pickups or drop-offs.

6. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

7. Liability

• Airport Shuttle Northern Beaches is not liable for missed flights due to unforeseen delays such as heavy traffic, road closures, or weather conditions.

• We will always do our best to get you to your destination safely and on time.

8. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

• Your details will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
